 Tri-Corders (TEI) was prime contractor for the project to determine the volume and extent of TCE source and plume under Building 103 at the site. TEI assembled a team that included Hayworth Engineering Science, Applied Research Associates and Bear Environmental to perform this project. TEI drafted the dynamic work plan, negotiated with site regulators, directed and executed the field work and produced the final report.
